"So." Erica said, sounding excited. "What's the plan?"
They stood just up a hill from the diner that Chell had stumbled into a few months ago. Both girls had backpacks filled with MRE's (government-issue dried meals, which Erica had found at a large store) and other survival/adventure gear that Erica had picked out. Chell had decided to let Erica have her fun in packing for the great return.

Chell stared at the ceiling. It was white, separated into large, square panels. She lifted her right arm towards it and tried to fire a portal onto it, but it didn't work. Why didn't it work? She looked at her arm, examining the white cast enclosing her wrist. A nurse had said something about her wrist being dislocated. It had probably happened when GLaDOS had pulled her back through the moon-portal. Funny, she hadn't remembered it hurting until after she'd left the facility.
